Yoga (50 Minutes)

A great way to start your day!

We will implement the fundamentals of yoga with elements of breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices.

The class is also useful for those working around injuries, needing to relieve stress, or just wanting to get their joints through some range of motion.

Mats, blocks, and straps provided, but feel free to bring your own!
