Virtual Class Description/Schedule
Join us for instructor-led sessions with coaches who care about you. All-levels (and stress-levels) welcomed!
MEDITATION+FLOW (20 min.)
Move through gentle flow and breathwork to calm the body and mind. Take this moment to stress less and practice gratitude.
MWF: 9am PST
BOOTCAMP (30 min.)
We mix cardio and metabolic conditioning alongside FUNctional movements (emphasis on the fun) to get you moving.
Mon-Fri: 12:15pm PST
CORE (30 min.)
A Pilates-style class centered around core movements to help strengthen your back, hips, legs, and arms.
Tues/Thur: 7am PST
Wed: 5:30pm PST
YOGA (60 min.)
Vinyasa-style practice focusing on balance, flexibility, and breath. No prior experience required!
Tues/Thur: 12pm PST
