    You must fill out the waiver in order to participate in the program.

  3. You will receive an email prompting to create a profile in our PushPress system.
    This will allow you to see the schedule and reserve a class. It will also be what we use to track attendance. This is not required, but it lets the trainers know how many people are attending so we can prepare accordingly.

Class Descriptions

Bootcamp (60 min)

A workout for all levels!

Our signature Bootcamp class mixes cardio and strength training elements with FUNctional movements! (emphasis on the fun)

Every class is different and is designed for you to break a sweat regardless of your fitness level. All movements can be modified and scaled to fit your needs.

Our awesome coaches will ensure proper technique, safety, and definitely push you harder than you’d push yourself!

He has lots of experience coaching in a corporate setting, but that experience is unmatched by his caring nature.
