Eat Moar Broccoli 🥦
When it comes to getting healthy, your parents always told you to eat your veggies! Most people have a hard time finding ways to prepare them that make them tasty. A favorite pastime is dipping carrots in dressing, but it can be extremely calorie dense (240 calories for ¼ cup) and also has very little nutritional value.
Behold our concoction: creamy, zesty, high-protein, low-calorie, simple meat and veggie dip recipe. Not only are the ingredients easy to find in your kitchen, but you can feel GOOD about them and get a whole serving of protein!
Healthy, High-Protein Ranch or Veggie Dip Recipe
Total Prep Time: Basically nothing
Servings:
As much as you want… it's FRIGGIN YOGURT!
Ingredients
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt*
2-3 wedges of squeezed lemon juice
Everything But the Bagel seasoning (to taste, I like 3 dashes)
Pepper (to taste, I like 2 dashes)
*Green Mountain Creamery is my favorite as the strain is less tart than typical Greek yogurt (found at Costco) and perfect for veggie dip recipes. If using a substitute for this brand, make sure your alternative is 2-5% as the 0% is TOO tart for this recipe.
